Competence report

What is this about?
The competence report shows my skill levels of 6 different Sport Studies competences (shown below). The skill levels are divided in three sub categories being A, B and C (A being the lowest level of skill and C being the highest level of skill). At the end of year 3 my competences need to be on a B level in order to follow-through into the graduation year of Sport Studies. Using this competence report I will walk through all the competences and explain my development and academical growth in reaching the well desired level B for each one of them. More about me and the progress I made during the previous years can be found on other pages of the website.

All competences will be introduced accompanied by the growth I experienced. To strengthen my explanations I use practical evidence in the form of reports, certificates or other relevant documents in which my experience in a certain subject is shown.

In order to keep this structured the STARR reflection method is used.
The letters of STARR represent:

S – Situation

T – Task

A – Activity

R – Result

R - Reflection

These five subsections will assure a complete description of the occasion completed with the additional evidence provide on the sub-page of each competence. An evidence overview is shown at the end.
